On Sunday, 18/1/2026, Dr. Tara Ihsan Abdullah officially assumed her duties as the new Head of the English Language Department.

During an official ceremony attended by the Dean of the College of Languages, Prof. Dr. Abu Ubaida Abdullah Dhiab, Dr. Marwan Mahu Abdi formally handed over the position of Head of the English Language Department to Dr. Tara Ihsan Abdullah.

On this occasion, the Dean of the College extended his congratulations to Dr. Tara and expressed his appreciation to Dr. Marwan for his distinguished service and valuable contributions to the College.
