On Wednesday 6/5/2026 in College of Languages, a seminar about “Overthinking and its effect on the psychological aspect” was held by Mr. Barzan Hussein Tahir and Mr. Evraz Suleiman, the purpose of the seminar was about the impact of overthinking on Human and how to deal with it.
