This seminar introduces the Six Thinking Hats technique, a structured approach to critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making. Developed by Edward de Bono, this method encourages parallel thinking by assigning different perspectives (hats) to discussions. The goal is to enhance collaborative thinking, reduce conflict, and improve decision-making processes in educational settings. Teachers can use this technique for lesson planning, classroom discussions, student problem-solving, and staff meetings to foster creativity and balanced decision-making.
